Flan mignon sprouts chives
Instructions
Chop the chives and sprouts taste them in a little butter.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.
Add the sprouts and stir well.
Butter four individual molds, pour the mixture and bake in the oven in a Bain-Marie for 1/4 of an hour at 180 degrees.
Remove from oven and put after ten minutes.

- 300 g of sprouts chives
- 2 eggs
- 250 g of cooking cream
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
