Flan chicory
Instructions
Boil the chicory well washed in boiling salted water.
Drain, squeeze as much as possible, coarsely chop finely and add it in a pan with the butter.
In a Holster slightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pour over vegetables.
Stir.
Mix the vegetable mixture with the white sauce and pour into a buttered pan.
Bake in a water bath to 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Turn off, let it sit a few minutes, picked up and put on a serving dish.
