Plaice fillets in white wine
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the frozen fillets over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Flour well thawed fillets and arrange them in an ovenproof dish.
Pour over the wine and cream, previously brought to the boil in a pan of cooking the fillets.
Pass in hot oven (250 degrees) for 6-7 minutes and serve.

- 200 g of plaice fillets in brine
- 40 g of butter
- Flour
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- Salt
