Sunday's fettuccine
Instructions
Small Walnut meatballs prepared by kneading the meat, salted and peppered, with egg and Parmesan.
Saute them in a sauce of onion and olive oil, then add the courgettes thinly cut.
Cook for 10 minutes, add salt and season the cooked fettuccine in salted water.

- 250 g of pasta fresh egg fettuccine type
- 150 g of lean ground veal
- 1 egg
- 100 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
