Stuffed turkey breast with cabbage and asparagus
Instructions
Blanch the cabbage for 2 minutes, drain and put in same water the asparagus for 15 minutes.
Stuff the meat with the cabbage, add salt, roll it up, FRY and bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Drain asparagus, salt and sauté in a pan with the butter.
Serve the sliced meat on a bed of asparagus.
