Stuffed turnips
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and insaporitevi chicken breast into small pieces, add salt.
Chop the bacon with Sage.
Peel turnips, boil, drain, scavatele: Center of bowls, hold aside the pulp.
Fill the turnips with chicken breast and Bacon, put on each a knob of butter, place them in a buttered baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
In a small Pan collect the pulp of turnips, mix with the yolks, cream, salt and pepper.
Cook in a double boiler, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Served at the table the rape with the sauce separately.

- 12 rape
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1 small chicken breast
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 leaves sage
- Olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
