Calf's liver with artichokes
Instructions
Peel the artichokes, leaving only the hearts and divide them in half.
Time in cold water and lemon juice to not let them blacken.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of olive oil and put the artichokes well drained, stir, cover and cook for about 20 minutes by adding one or more tablespoons of warm water if necessary.
Very little salt.
In another pan heat the remaining oil and bake for 3 minutes the liver cut into thin strips, stirring continuously.
Add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
The artichokes in the container passes the liver, mix, place on serving dish and held serve.

- 600 g of calf liver
- 8 artichokes
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
