Calf's liver with ham
Instructions
Each slice of liver iron the paper in the flour and cook in butter, salting and peppering.
After cooking, remove from the Pan and liver in the same Pan you browned the ham.
With wine, stretched the cooking sauce, remove everything from the heat and add the remaining butter.
Served on a platter the liver slices alternated with those of ham stirring over the sauce.
Garnish with lemon slices and, separately, the fries.

- 4 slices of calf liver
- 4 slices of ham
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of mulled wine
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
