Green beans mimosa
Instructions
Peel the beans and boil them.
Let them cool and then pass them in a salad bowl.
Slice onion into rings and add to green beans.
Season with oil, vinegar and salt and stir the salad.
Decorate with the yolks and the whites of the eggs coarsely crumbled.
