Oriental green beans
Instructions
Peel and wash the beans.
Peel the onion and cut it into slices.
Peel the mushrooms, wash them, dry them and cut them into slices.
Wash the bean sprouts, remove the green part.
Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan, sauté the onion for two minutes, add the beans and let them jump for a minute.
Add four tablespoons of water, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
Try possibly salted.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until the liquid is completely evaporated.
Add the sliced mushrooms, Cook stirring continuously until they are tender.
Add the bean sprouts, Cook for two minutes, pour into a warm serving dish and serve.

- 250 g of fine green beans
- 250 g of bean sprouts
- 60 g of small button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
