Beans salad
Instructions
Boil the beans, drain and toss yet warm with onion rings and a sauce of oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
You can replace the onion with a little heart of celery cut into sticks or slices of Roasted Peppers.

- 450 g of borlotti beans
- 1 fresh chives
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
