Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over very low flame.
Apart from melt the sugar with 1 tablespoon of water causing it to simmer for 4 minutes until it is thick.
Cool then add the butter and let it melt.
Pour the sugar syrup and butter in the chocolate, stir, add dates, nuts and cornflakes and stir again to mix well.
Allow to cool then form balls and arrange them into paper baking cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 60 g of chocolate
- 80 g of chopped dates
- 30 g of corn flakes
- 30 g of chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 50 g of butter
