Crispy artichokes
Instructions
Peel and cut the artichokes into wedges.
Sauté with olive oil and garlic, sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt and cover with water.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs, cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

- 1 handful of grana
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
