Rustic crepes with robiola and honey
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the two types of flour.
Add a pinch of salt, eggs and softened with milk until you have a batter smooth and leaking well.
In small frying pan for cracks, melt a knob of butter.
Add the latter, melted, to the batter, mix well, then pour a tbsp in greased pan and warm, gaining a crespellina, that you just cooked on one side.
Cut into 8 wide.
Softened then robiola, tilling it with a wooden spoon with a spoonful of honey.
Spread the mixture on crepes, ripiegatele in 4, a handkerchief, and arrange on a plate, keeping them warm.
