Rustic croutons
Instructions
In a saucepan pour the cheese (grated previously), beer, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook at low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until mixture is creamy.
Then, spread it evenly on each slice of bread and toast and bake in hot oven for about 5-6 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- 200 g of nosh13ae cheese
- 20 cl of lager
- 1 teaspoon of rustic mustard
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
