Crepes for diabetics
Instructions
Lightly beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese, milk and salt.
In a non-stick baking pans greased just 8 eggrolls: butter a square baking dish; divide into each a bit of gorgonzola cheese omelette and a little speck, roll it up and place it to one side in the Pan; infiocchettarla with a little butter and Parmesan cheese and place in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 6 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 100 g of parmigiano
- Salt
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g of speck sliced
- 50 g of butter
