Crepes from skinny
Instructions
Cook spinach, squeeze dry and chop finely, season with salt, add the thinly sliced ham (better if chopped), mix the ricotta cheese, nutmeg and Parmesan cheese.
Separately prepare the Crepes with eggs, flour and milk, all slammed with the Blender, cook them quickly in the Pan, making sure they are well.
Form (once cooked) must match the characteristic of cannelloni.
Fill the Crepes with the mixture, put them in a large baking sheet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pour cream, bake and grill.

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of white flour
- 1 glass of milk
- For the filling:
- 600 g of spinach
- 300 g of ricotta
- 50 g of ham
- 50 g of grana
- Cooking cream
- Nutmeg
- Salt
