Tomato cream soup with morsels of mozzarella
Instructions
Cut 4 tomatoes.
Sauté oil, onion and garlic.
combine tomatoes, a little water, add salt, pepper and cook for a few minutes.
Move the cutter and pour into a soup tureen.
Arrange over the diced mozzarella, Arugula, Basil and a drizzle of oil.
