Rabbit with artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into four and keep in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Put in a saucepan the rabbit pieces, washed and dried, with oil, the garlic and Rosemary.
Take ben fry for 10-15 minutes, then wet with white wine; Let it evaporate and stretch with the broth.
Cover with a lid and continue baking at moderate heat, adjusting the salt and pepper.
After about half an hour add the artichokes and cook finished at indoor pot.

- 1 1000 g rabbit cut into pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sprigs of rosemary
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 cup of cup of broth
- 8 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
