Steamed monkfish
Instructions
In a saucepan bring to boil 200 cl of water, place over the appropriate grid to steaming and adagiarvici the anglerfish sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Close the casserole with the Bowl upside down with the handle to sucker.
Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes; serve all cool with a little oil, a dietary ground pepper and lemon wedges.
