Steamed mixed vegetables
Instructions
In a casserole dish prepared for the use of vegetables cookers boil 2 litres of water, place the vegetables cookers on which are placed the cauliflower and the remaining vegetables cut into pieces not too big on the sides.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Close the vegetables cookers with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

- 1/2 cauliflower
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- Dietary olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g of fresh shelled peas
