Grilled spring onions
Instructions
Nectar, wash and dry the onions.
Put them to marinate in an emulsion of olive oil, wine vinegar, finely chopped fresh Marjoram and leave it 30 minutes.
Put and let them cook for about 10 minutes on the grill, irrorandoli occasionally with the marinade.
Serve after sprinkling them with salt and ground pepper.
Remove any outer leaves more singed.

- 8 fresh onions
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
- Fresh marjoram
