Instructions
Sautee the onions a little salted water clean.
Drain and let cool; cut horizontally and scoop out of the heart.
Saute meat and butter in half the hearts of onion; season with salt and pepper and let cool.
Add the egg and the bread soaked in milk and stuff the onions.
Place a small knob of butter on each onion and bake at 180 degrees for a few minutes.

- 4 blonde large onions
- 250 g of boiled minced meat
- 40 g of butter
- 80 g of breadcrumbs
- Milk
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
