Instructions

Peel the onions and cook them in plenty of water, then remove the Center to accommodate the stuffing.

In a bowl mix the bread soaked in milk with the eggs, the amaretti, sultanas and the central part of the onions; mix well until it forms a smooth dough.

Fill the onions, then cover with Parmesan and some swirl of butter and bake in a hot oven.
