Butter biscuits with sparabiscotti
Instructions
Good biscuits and very easy to make. To prepare this recipe using a special instrument, the sparabiscotti gun (see photographs).
Prepare the pastry in the food processor, working all ingredients until mixture is not very hard. Put it immediately in the piston of the gun sparabiscotti. To make these cookies was chosen the die; "shoot" the biscuits on the baking sheet. It is important not to use either butter or baking paper, since it does not need, is disturbing also posting some cookies from the drawing.
Once the dough realizzane another white with the addition of cocoa, continue "firing" cookies. Bakes in the oven already warm at 170° and cook for 15 minutes.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 230 gr. of flour
- 50 gr. of butter
- 80 gr. of sugar
- 1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- grated lemon rind (1 lemon)
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa (for chocolate cookies)
