Cut peppers into strips, washed and drained. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and onions thin slices. Minces garlic stripped of soul. Make heat 4 tablespoons oil in a large pan, soffriggi garlic and onion. Add the peppers and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Pour tomatoes, parsley and basil, mix and let Cook another 20 minutes to fire enough live, so that's not very liquid forms (the peppers in baking generate so much water). Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve at the table.
