Fried mussels of Enza
Instructions
Clean mussels thoroughly and then let it open and put in a large roasting pan, on high flame, gas. Remove the mussels from the shells and put them to drain. It is recommended to use for this larger mussels preparation, while the other can be used for example for a nice sauce for pasta.

FRY in plenty of hot oil. Put them to drain on paper towels, dust with salt and serve immediately.
