Fried nasellini
Instructions
Clean the fish by removing the fishbones and head then wash and dry them.
Introduce 1/2 anchovy fillet in each nasellino and close with a toothpick.
Pass them first in flour, then in beaten egg and fry them in hot oil.
Drain them with a skimmer when Golden and crisp, salt and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of fresh nasellini
- 100 g of anchovies water and de-boned
- Olive oil
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt
