Instructions
Chop the onion and let it wilt in extra virgin olive oil, then add the potatoes cut into cubes and let stand for a few minutes. Cover the potatoes with half broth made from the nut, place the lid and allow to cook over a medium flame.
While baking prepare the Meatballs in the traditional manner, with a little grated Parmesan, parsley, bread soaked in milk, and the egg. Add salt and mix well, then form into meatballs. When the potatoes are cooked, add the meat balls and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
