Spicy bruschetta
Instructions
Heat oil with garlic and chili pepper for a few minutes.
Combine tomatoes, anchovies, capers and chopped olives, stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
Adjust salt and distribute the mixture on the slices of bread cut in half and Golden in the oven already.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 30 g of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bit of chili
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 100 g of black olives
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 6 slices of apulian bread
- Salt
- Pepper
