Spicy broccoli with yoghurt
Instructions
Peel and wash the broccoli.
Heat in boiling salted water.
Drain them al dente, drain them well, let them cool and put them in a salad bowl.
Chop the parsley, garlic and chili pepper, mix with the yoghurt.
Add a bit of mustard, adjust salt and then pour the sauce over the broccoli.
Serve lukewarm.

- Garlic
- Hot pepper
- Mustard
- Parsley
