Boiled pork with lentils
Instructions
Rinse and pour the lentils in a saucepan.
Cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, drain.
In a large saucepan melt the butter and fry the Diced Bacon for 10 minutes with the carrot, the onion and Leek.
Add the lentils, thyme, bay leaf, Sage, soup, pork and pepper.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
Holed the frankfurters in a few points and immerse it in a pan, add salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes at low heat.
Remove the thyme, Sage and bay leaf.
Check out the sausage and cut thick slices, while the pork cut it into slices.
Spread lentils in warm dishes, and lay over the slices of meat and sausages.
Garnish with the chives and serve immediately.

- 250 g dried lentils
- 400 g of pork whole piece
- 2 onions into rings
- 100 g of lean Bacon
- 25 g butter
- 4 leeks (white part only) into rings
- a carrot pieces
- 75 cl chicken soup
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- a bay leaf
- 2 sprigs of Sage
- a big sausage from 400 g
- chives
- salt and pepper
