Bruschetta with mussels
Instructions
Please open the mussels in a large saucepan over heat for 2 minutes.
Cut in cubes the tomatoes, Saute garlic in a pan with oil and salt, add the tomatoes, chilli and pepper and leave on the fire for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile shelled mussels and tomato mix on fire: simmer 5 more minutes, then pour over slices of toasted bread.

- 1 loaf of bread (from 400 g loaves)
- 1000 g of mussels
- 300 g of pachino tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 == Pto chili powder
- Pepper
- Salt
