Bruschetta with mussels and clams
Instructions
The ingredients are for 6 bruschetta.
Do open clams and mussels in a pan with the white wine and garlic into thin slices.
Remove clams from shells, collect them in a bowl, season with oil, salt and pepper.
Chop the tomatoes.
Lightly toasted bread, put over the tomatoes and seafood, garnish with parsley.

- 30 clams
- 24 mussels
- Some of sundried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Laurel
- Peppercorns
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- Salt
