Pork Chops with prunes and Bacon
Instructions
Salt and pepper the pork chops, put the flour in a dish and flour chops.
In a large saucepan melt the butter, settle and rosolatele ribs slowly on both sides should be golden brown. Remove the chops from the Pan and keep them aside on a plate.
Clean the herbs, strip the garlic and chop the onions. Put in saucepan, bay leaf, Rosemary, pancetta, garlic and the onions and FRY everything.
Wet with wine you evaporate, then place the pork chops in casserole. Drizzle with a tbsp of hot broth, add the plums and put the lid on the container immediately.
Cook at low heat for 15-20 minutes. When cooked and garnished with chopped parsley and serve.

- 6 pork chops weighing 150 g each
- 500 g plums
- 250 g of streaky bacon cut into strips
- 60 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic

- 5 dl of white wine
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
