Pumpkin soup 2
Instructions
Clean the celeriac and cut into pieces with the pumpkin; Peel and chop the onions.
In a glass casserole microwave suits, you heat the oil for 20 seconds at maximum power, add the chopped onions, cumin seeds, pumpkin and pieces of celeriac and butter. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, at maximum power, then let stand for 5 minutes and stir.
In another saucepan, boil milk for 2 minutes at full power; without ceasing to stir, add the mashed vegetable milk, then the cream, salt, pepper and cumin powder. Finish cooking for 3 minutes, to medium power and let it sit for 5 minutes. Ground with salt and pepper and stir.
Spread the pumpkin soup into small bowls and serve immediately.

- 250 g pumpkin flesh

- a teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 25 g butter
- 50 cl milk
