Instructions
Steam Cook the mussels with a sprig of parsley and a clove of garlic. Let them open and keep aside.
Chop the parsley, onion, garlic and fry gently in the oil, add the squid, cut into strips and moscardini and seasoning.
Wet with white wine and continue cooking for 15 minutes fresh focus. Add the mussels that you have checked out and do stand for five minutes.
Cook in plenty of salted water, drain spaghetti al dente and toss with the fish sauce.
Cut four pieces of aluminum foil or oven and on each place a serving of spaghetti.
Close the bag and passed well in the oven for 10 minutes at 200° c.
