Beans herbs
Instructions
Boil the beans without soaking them, 150 cl of water.
Boil the boiled Greens and when cooked, paste flaps and wring it out, season with oil, salt and pepper.
Add it to the beans, seasoning and serve with cubes of fried bread, a drizzle of raw oil and ground white pepper.

- 600 g of boiled greens

- Minced 1 of white pepper
