Beans and yoghurt
Instructions
Boil separately 750 g.
of fresh beans and 4 tablespoons rice.
Drain and mix them while they are still hot.
Season with salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic and 1 cup of yoghurt.
Add 1 beaten egg and put all to fire always scrambling.
When the sauce starts to thicken the dish is ready.
You can serve it hot or cold.
