Poor onion soup
Instructions
Nectar and slice the onions; brasarle gently with oil and butter, then sprinkle with flour and add the chopped tomatoes; to add and combine the soup, seasoning with salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Accommodate in individual bread bowls and pour over the soup and finish with pepper and raw oil.

- 500 g of white onions
- 2 san marzano peeled tomatoes
- Big walnut 1 of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 120 cl of meat stock (or vegetable stock)
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Toasted bread cubes
