Sauté in oil 2 cloves of crushed garlic and add anchovy desalted and barbs, stemperandola in oil.
Add the crushed pulp of tomatoes and let stand for a few minutes.
Boil the noodles until al dente, drain them and giving them in the sauce.
Finish the dish tagliandovi thin lamellae truffles well scraped and sprinkling of chopped parsley.
