Broccoli braised
Instructions
Cut the broccoli into small pieces and slice the cheese and onion; wash and cut into pieces the anchovies.
Divide into two olives.
Grease with oil a baking dish, sprinkle on a first layer of broccoli, cover with onion, cheese, olives, sprinkle with salt and oil soaked.
Make a second layer of broccoli and other ingredients always spraying with salt and oil.
Finish with broccoli.
This last layer wet with oil and wine, Cook in the pan to moderate flame uncovered for one hour and thirty minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1500 g of broccoli
- 120 g of pitted black olives
- 100 g of fresh caciocavallo cheese
- 2 onions
- 3 anchovies de-boned
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 10 cl of red wine
- Salt
