Broccoli balls
Instructions
Boil broccoli, drain well and processing them.
Add to broccoli egg yolks, bread crumbs, egg white, salt and pepper.
Form meatballs and cook them for 10 minutes to steam.
Heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil and add garlic, chili and anchovies and cook until they are dissolved.
Put the Meatballs in a serving dish and sprinkle with the hot oil.
Serve immediately.

- 450 g of broccoli
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 10 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 9 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
