Broccoli and tofu soup
Instructions
04621 BROSSOLI SOUP and TOFU INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 slices of smoked tofu (about 200 g), 8 dried Chinese mushrooms 120 g long grain rice, 2 broccoli (900 g), 4 celery sticks, 1, 200 l vegetable broth, salt and pepper.
Divide the slices of tofu into small cubes.
