Broccoli buckwheat
Instructions
In a large pot put to boil in salted water the tops of broccoli chopped coarsely and wash for about 5/6 minutes, add the buckwheat and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Browned in a large pan with garlic and chili 3 tablespoons oil, add the chopped anchovies and let it dissolve.
Drain well with broccoli and add to oil in skillet, over high heat, sauté everything for a few minutes and serve.

- 200 g of buckwheat beans
- 300 g of broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Hot pepper
- 1 anchovy
- Salt
- Olive oil extra virgin
