Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms (Sugo con Funghi)
Instructions
Fry chopped onion and garlic in oil; Add the mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices and cook in low heat; Sprinkle with a little wine and evaporate; add chopped tomatoes and cook for an hour at low heat; Add salt, pepper and add the chopped parsley.
Excellent for seasoning the egg noodles.
