Bean and Barley Soup (Minestra di Fagioli e Orzo)
Instructions
After 12 hours of soaking in water at room temperature, drain and rinse the beans.
Braise in a little oil a mince of garlic, bacon and parsley.
Add the beans and after 2 minutes stretch with lukewarm broth, bring to a boil and then firing.
30 minutes before you add the diced potatoes and barley washed.
Serve with raw oil and pepper.

- 250 g of pearl barley
- 200 g of lamon beans, dried
- 200 g of potato
- 1 slice of bacon
- Garlic
- Parsley
- 200 cl of vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Black pepper
