Country snails
Instructions
Put the snails in a Hall of cold water with a handful of salt and half a cup of vinegar, shaking them occasionally with his hands so that Shell buttino much of their drool.

put the snails in shells, fill them with the sauce, place them in a saucepan and cook for two hours, adding a little water from time to time; 2.
put the Pan snails without shells with sauce: in this case you will cook for an hour and a half, in the same way; 3.
you can also switch the snails to the meat grinder and then cook them with the sauce.
