Pea Soup (Zuppa di Piselli)
Instructions
Dice the onions and ham.
Sauté in a pan with oil.
Combine peas, let stand for 10 minutes.
Cover with water and season with salt.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with croutons.

- 500 g of frozen peas
- 2 small onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 80 g of ham (slices from 80 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Croutons
