Potato and mushroom soup
Instructions
Peel, slice and boil 500 g of potatoes in 150 cl of water.
At the same time clean, slice and saute in 100 g butter 250 g of mushrooms.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with 1 cup of white wine and let it evaporate.
Sprinkle mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of flour and add the boiled potatoes pureed with their cooking water.
Let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring sweet flame.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the crushed cumin and serve.
